Located conveniently at the center of the city, this hotel is close to the main square, bus station, and railway station. It offers great facilities in the rooms such as fridge and useful items to make your stay comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, fluent in English. Breakfast is good, offering oriental style food as well as a western breakfast.
Some guests have mentioned that the bathroom and shower doors have a slight transparency which may lack privacy for some.

The hotel's location was superb, making it easy for me to explore this city. It was situated close to several major attractions, such as Elephant Trunk Hill and the Four lakes, 2 rivers tourist site. Additionally, the hotel staff were very accommodating - they arranged a take-away breakfast for me when I had to leave early for a tour. The room was also clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable.

Great location, close to the main square and shopping area, and walking distance to the nearby lakes. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was tasty, with local dishes served right at your table. I also appreciated the availability of a Western-style breakfast.

Spent a lovely Christmas here! Loved the spacious and clean room and bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, walking distance to all the beautiful attractions we hoped to visit. The breakfast spread was more than satisfactory and we appreciated the helpful staff.
The internet in our room was a bit patchy and slow, but it is a minor issue. , the tea and coffee provided weren't very flavorful.
